In an all Houston Engine and Balancing Service final, it was Aaron Hubbard taking the win over his father, David Hubbard, to claim his second consecutive win for the final TPSA race this season. Aaron accomplished this by driving the twin of the corvette he drove in the final round victory at his previous race also held at Pine Valley Raceway.

David Hubbard sealed up the TPSA Championship again this year by winning 6 out of the 9 races; Aaron claimed 2 out of 9 races bringing the total number of wins in the TPSA to 8 out of 9 this year for the Houston Engine and Balancing Service team. David posted a 4.90 1/8 mile elapsed time at this final race earning him the lowest ET for eliminations. This seasons Championship was accomplished using the exact same engine setup as last year. However, this year he was able to step up his program allowing for a best 1/8 mile elapsed time of 4.86 and a top speed of 143.00mph. With a little over 200 passes and 2 years on this two time winning Houston Engine and Balancing Service engine combination, it is almost a guarantee next year will bring about some change. What will the racing be like next year for this exciting heads-up all motor Texas Pro Stock Association?
